TERMS OF SERVICE

· All prices are in USD.
· As a client you understand that you are paying for a digital item. No physical item will be delivered to you.
· All prices outside of emotes, reactive pngs & live2d commissions are for personal use only - please contact me if you wish to use any general art for commercial purposes!
· No commissioned work, even commercial work, under any circumstances are authorized for any blockchain-related technology, NFTs, or crypto currency.
· All commissions are paid via Paypal invoicing.
· I do not start any commission until payment is received in full.
· Full refunds are allowed if the commission has not been started. Partial refunds are allowed if a sketch has been provided. Once the commission is in the final stages of coloring or designing, I am unable to provide any refunds.
· When purchasing a commission from me you acknowledge and understand that you either already know or are going to learn on your own how to use said commission. I do not have the time to teach every client how to use their commissions - there are plenty of guides on youtube for reactive pngs, how to upload emotes to twitch, etc. I am more than willing to link good guides on youtube for Live2D models however due to the high price and extensive work involved.
· You are allowed up to 3 revisions during the design phases - additional revisions are subject to additional charges.
· Rush services are provided at an additional charge.
· I reserve the right to reject any commission, for any reason, at my discretion.
· I will not do explicit R18+ work (suggestive content is okay)
· You cannot claim any commissioned work as your own, I retain full copyright to all designs.
· If, upon receiving a completed commission, you file a chargeback via Paypal or any other payment processor, you immediately forfeit any use of the completed commission including but not limited to: personal use, use in headers, banners, web design, icons, commercial use, streaming use, etc. Any use of a completed commission after the client issues a chargeback is subject to DMCA takedown. In addition you will be permanently blacklisted from receiving any commission work from me in the future.

PAYMENT PLANS

For Live2d and pricier commission packages I can provide flexible payment plans! The following options are available:
· 1 Month Plan: 50% deposit and 50% paid by the end of the 1 month period
· 2 Month Plan: 25% deposit and 3x 25% payments made before the end of the 2 month period.
If you need a more complicated plan, feel free to contact me - im very flexible!

PAYMENT PLAN TERMS

· By requesting a payment plan you understand that you are telling me that you are in the financial situation to afford the commission.
· You understand that if you have made payments and change your mind on the commission before it is paid in full all payments already made are 100% non-refundable.
· You understand that I will not start your commission until the payment plan has been completed and the total price has been paid in full.
· I am flexible with payment plans and very understanding with any financial situation, and I am able to modify payment plans to your current situation - however within reason. I reserve the right to reject a payment plan request for any reason at my discretion.
